What locations have you worked, and what did you do?
I have been in the OSM Budget Office the whole time and have worked for every Director of OSM.

Looking back, what was your most memorable event(s) while with OSM?
When asking for more funds in support of the Federal Inspection and Enforcement program, newly appointed Secretary of Interior James Watt told me, in no uncertian terms, that the OSM inspectors were the most obnoxious bunch of Federal employees anywhere, and that we could forget about getting more money.

The demise of the OSM National Objectives Work Planning Tracking System (NOWPTS)

Working directly with FODs on operating budgets for the current year.

What were the most significant accomplishments you had?
Working with Appropriation and Authorizing Committee and Subcommittee staff, preparing for and attending Congressional hearings, working with field office budget respresentatives, administrative officers,and program managers.
