TOPIC: PERMIT, ACREAGE AND INSPECTION FEES [Update of Report No. 17, (1984)]

INQUIRY: What are the permit application and acreage fees for the following states: Kentucky,
Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia? Do these states charge inspection fees?

SEARCH RESULTS: The IMCC conducted a telephone survey of the five states listed above plus
Illinois and Texas. The results presented in the attached table update State Comparison Report
No. 17, prepared in 1984. A copy of Report No. 17 is included for reference.

          $ 500  Addition fee for NPDES permit if filed at the same time.
