These reports have been compiled under a cooperative agreement between the Office of Surface Mining and the Interstate Mining Compact Commission, which represents most U.S. coal producing states. INQUIRY: We are looking for a copy of a state's manual or guidelines on "best management
practices" for coal or non-coal mining or mineral extraction.

SEARCH RESULTS: Pennsylvania provided a copy of their Guidelines. These are attached.
