	OSM AWARDS ARKANSAS $147,512.00 TO ASSIST
	IN REGULATING SURFACE EFFECTS OF COAL MINING

The Interior Department's Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and 
Enforcement (OSM) has awarded Arkansas a $147,512.00 grant to help 
the state regulate the surface effects of coal mining.
The grant will assist the state in regulating federal and non-federal 
lands.
