OSM AWARDS NORTH DAKOTA $1,643,013 TO ASSIST
IN REGULATING SURFACE EFFECTS OF COAL MINING

The Interior Department's Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and 
Enforcement (OSM) has awarded North Dakota a $1,643,013 grant to help 
the state regulate the surface effects of coal mining.
The grant will assist the state in regulating federal and non-federal lands.
