	OSM AWARDS PENNSYLVANIA $11,380,931 TO ASSIST
	IN REGULATING SURFACE EFFECTS OF COAL MINING
The Interior Department's Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) is providing Pennsylvania a $11,380,931 grant to help the state regulate the surface effects of coal mining.
The grant assists in paying half of Pennsylvania inspection and enforcement costs, including equipment, supplies and transportation.
