OSM Fact Sheet April 17, 2002 OSM AWARDS KANSAS $125,114 TO ASSIST IN REGULATING SURFACE EFFECTS OF COAL MINING The Interior Department's Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) has awarded Kansas a $125,114 grant to help the state regulate the surface effects of coal mining.
