April 27, 2000 OSM AWARDS KANSAS $107,164 TO ASSIST IN REGULATING SURFACE EFFECTS OF COAL MINING The Interior Department's Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) has awarded Kansas a $107,164 grant to help the state regulate the surface effects of coal mining.
