FACT SHEET May 30, 2000 OSM AWARDS WYOMING $1,540,643 TO ASSIST IN REGULATING SURFACE EFFECTS OF COAL MINING The Interior Department's Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) has awarded Wyoming a $1,540,643 grant to help the state regulate the surface effects of coal mining.
