OSM AWARDS COLORADO $1,000,000 TO ASSIST
IN REGULATING SURFACE EFFECTS OF COAL MINING

The Interior Department's Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and 
Enforcement (OSM) has awarded Colorado a $1,000,000 grant to help the 
state regulate the surface effects of coal mining.
The grant will assist in funding Colorado's Coal Regulatory 
Administration & Enforcement program.
