• Description: Crucial Conversations (Virtual 12.5-hour) is a virtual course taught over five consecutive days in 2.5-hour sessions per day.  Crucial Conversations teaches skills for creating alignment and agreement by promoting open dialogue around high-stakes, emotional, or risky topics—at all levels of your organization.
