An outward mindset is the driver to personal and organizational success. This virtual 3-workshop series, by the Arbinger Institute, provides a transformative and in-depth learning experience designed to equip you to become a mindset change expert for yourself and your team. The program consists of three in-person sessions over five months. Each session occurs approximately every two to three months and is five days long, depending on the delivery format. The first session will start in Washington, DC to give you access to the political climate and meet with senior executives.
