The National Mine Map Repository partnered with the National Park Service in Western Pennsylvania and digitized over 1,100 original design boards from the Flight 93 National Memorial competition. Using advanced large-format scanners, NMMR is helping safeguard these historic tributes for future generations along with thousands of mine maps for dozens of commodities link coal, gold, and silver.
